Blogtown Press has been pleased to have Kelly covering the Australian Open at our Tennis News and Tips blog, Wicked Backhand.
Kelly gave near up to the minute coverage of several matches and made great commentary on the outcome of several key matches. For those of you who missed the Australian Open, head over and check out what you missed. There were great matches, including the women’s final which was a featured match with Serena Williams’ comeback story this year.
The men’s final, which showcased some great talent, was preceeded by Andy Roddick failing to overcome his woes against the games best, Roger Federrer. The action was great and we look forward to following what Kelly has to say about the upcoming matches and slams. Great work!
Aloha and Mahalo to everyone who has joined the link to a coconut contest.
There have been some great entrants and we’ve started a little bit of a buzz around the blogosphere to start a more creative approach to getting links and promoting site launches. Really my intent was to just send some coconuts out to people willing to participate because I’ve always wanted to get a coconut myself!
We’re bringing on new writers whom we will be introducing to you soon and we’ve also got a few new blogs in the works to bring you new and exciting parts of the Internet (not just the blogosphere!). It’s been a great first month of the launch which we’re creeping up on. Yeah, the contest has almost been going for a month!
There are still two more coconuts to give out to lucky winners so keep the entrants coming. Remember, we’ll ship these suckers anywhere that the USPS will allow us so keep those international entrants coming. We’ve already had some we can’t even understand!
Aloha,
Erik
Here’s something that might get a few more people interested in the coconut contest. This is the Genuine Hawaiian Coconut that was sent out to the first link to a coconut contest winner.
There are still 2 Coconuts left!!!! Make sure to get your entrants in ASAP, we’ve been getting entrants from all around the world and still only have one winner.
You can check out full contest rules here.
After having our first coconut winner last week we’ve seen a dropoff in link to a coconut contest. So get your entrants in and you can be the winner of your very own coconut from Hawaii.
We’re also looking for bloggers, we’re hiring bloggers as well for monetary compensation. So if you’re interested in making money from your blogging efforts all of our blogs are looking for bloggers and all of our blogs already have a steady stream of readers. We’re just looking for some passionate people to blog. We’re paying very well to start out, so if you’re not making any money from blogging drop us a line. Details are in the post.
We’re confident this week is going to see many more entrants and we may even find a blogger or two to make some moeny and bring your more news than ever on our great blogs .
